"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination." Carl Ransom Rogers, On Becoming a Person, 1961

To me, the process of psychotherapy is about gaining a relationship between the therapist and the client. Relationship with a person who will listen to you and could help you on your path to self-development.

During my studies and throughout my professional career I've been influenced by several psychotherapy schools (psychodynamics schools, daseinanalysis, transaction analysis and others).

In psychotherapy, my goal is to approach every client in a way, that suits their needs and I try to accompany them on their way to a better living.

I worked with parents of drug users, with kids hospitalized at a Children Psychiatric Ward at Motol hospital, I volunteered for the organization Asistence o.p.s.

While still at university, I started to work at Středisko výchovné péče - center for kids and youth. I worked both with kids in the programme and their families.

Later, during maternity leave, I started working for an e-mail counseling line for people with mental illness. I also started lecturing about communication, especially between parents and their kids.

I've been working with clients in my own practice for over four years and I offer individual therapy, dream analysis and communication workshops for parents.
